When Lisa and I lived at 221 Downey Street I had my shop in the basement and I made these pieces there. The couch is made from 1 inch thick walnut glued up with contact cement. (Laugh, but remember that I am self taught.) All joints are doweled and glued. The seat and back of the chair are leather. 1965
