The old Navarro Machine Shop. I worked here for 10 years. It was owned by Jerry and Karen Wagner, who lived in an apartment they had made on the second floor and made pots in the back half of the lower floor. They let me put my shop in the front of the building. In the past it serviced locomotives and other equipment used when the old growth Redwood forests of the North Coast were being cut down. I have read that the second floor was used for community dances. This is a recent photo, but it has not changed much since I worked there. The doors are sagging more than they were.
